{"id":101116,"date":"2014-04-23T18:41:34","date_gmt":"2014-04-23T16:41:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=101116"},"modified":"2014-04-23T18:42:41","modified_gmt":"2014-04-23T16:42:41","slug":"dimension-data-acquires-us-based-nexus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/business\/101116-dimension-data-acquires-us-based-nexus.html","title":{"rendered":"Dimension Data acquires US based Nexus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dimension Data today announced that it has acquired 100% of Nexus for an undisclosed sum.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Valencia, California, Nexus is a privately-owned provider of advanced IT solutions serving enterprises, mid-sized business and public sector clients, with industry specialisations in education, retail, hospitality and healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of Nexus expands Dimension Data\u2019s operations in the US by 40%, and significantly increases the company\u2019s presence in the West, Southwest and Southeast regions of the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a result, clients will now have access to a deeper network of experts and a broader portfolio of solutions.
