{"id":101306,"date":"2014-04-25T13:27:07","date_gmt":"2014-04-25T11:27:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=101306"},"modified":"2014-04-25T13:28:44","modified_gmt":"2014-04-25T11:28:44","slug":"microsoft-assimilates-nokia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/business\/101306-microsoft-assimilates-nokia.html","title":{"rendered":"Microsoft assimilates Nokia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Microsoft announced in a press statement on Friday, 25 April 2014 that it has completed its acquisition of the Nokia Devices and Services business.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition has been approved by Nokia shareholders and by governmental regulatory agencies around the world.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday we welcome the Nokia Devices and Services business to our family.
