We&#8217;re experiencing technical issues with our website at the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ENCA also said that they were experiencing technical issues with their results feed from the IEC.<\/p>\n<p>Timothy Spira, ENCA\u2019s Online Division General Manager, said that increased load is causing database problems.
