Users can also adjust the rate, pitch and volume of the device.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The launch of Vodacom&rsquo;s new Nokia E66 Speaking Phone follows the launch of the ZTE S302 cellphone on 1 October; a handset designed for the elderly as well as people with poor eyesight and limited hand dexterity.
