He remains the CEO of MWEB and is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company,&rdquo; the company said in an official statement.<\/p>\n<p>MWEB confirmed a restructuring of the Internet Service Provider whereby a new sub-division, MWEB ISP, has been formed to manage the day to day running of the ISP. &ldquo;Derek Hershaw, formerly GM of Operations, has been appointed as CEO of MWEB ISP under Rudi Jansen.
