Since Ma came in power, he has worked to loosen limits on Taiwanese investment in China and allowed Chinese companies to invest in Taiwan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"mso-fareast-language: EN-ZW;\">Inventec said its new plant will first make notebook computers, and later on will produce computer servers and mobile devices as well as develop software.
