{"id":112208,"date":"2014-10-15T17:18:21","date_gmt":"2014-10-15T15:18:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=112208"},"modified":"2014-10-15T17:35:25","modified_gmt":"2014-10-15T15:35:25","slug":"iburst-bidder-revealed-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/telecoms\/112208-iburst-bidder-revealed-report.html","title":{"rendered":"iBurst bidder revealed: report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Convergence technology company Multisource has reportedly made an offer to acquire iBurst parent company, Wireless Business Solutions (WBS), according to TechCentral.<\/p>\n<p>Multisource chairman Phumlani Moholi is cited as confirming that the group has put in an offer, but noted that the transaction was at a sensitive stage and bound by confidentiality, with no further information provided.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/business\/110076-iburst-deal-on-the-table.html\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/business\/110076-iburst-deal-on-the-table.html\">In September, MyBroadband reported<\/a> that iBurst was in discussions with three different players regarding a possible acquisition deal, and was considering one offer made at the time.<\/p>\n<p>This was confrimed by WBS director, David Hilewitz.<\/p>\n<p>Notably, Multisource is no stranger to iBurst.
