It finds the first time any keyword was tweeted.<\/p>\n<p>German Chancellor Angela Merkel, now often regarded as the world&#8217;s most powerful woman, was first referred to on Twitter on January 9, 2007, the site shows.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ctrlq.org\/first\/\" target=\"_blank\">Who Tweeted it First<\/a> was developed by Amit Agarwal of India and searches Twitter all the way back to its origins in 2006.
