The results of the 2009 IT Salary Survey conducted by IT Web were released recently, and one of the components which were investigated is the salary levels of IT professionals according to seniority and experience.<\/p>\n
Unsurprisingly the results showed that both experience and seniority in an organization have a significant influence on salary, with experienced executives earning around six times as much as inexperienced ‘normal’ employees.<\/p>\n
