Microsoft announced on\u00a019 March 2015 that it will launch its most affordable Windows smartphone yet, the Lumia 430.<\/p>\n

The device will feature dual-SIM support, a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, and run on the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system.<\/p>\n

It will also be able to upgrade to Windows 10 when Microsoft launches the new version of its operating system later in the year.<\/p>\n

The Lumia 430 will be available in two colours: bright orange and black, and will begin rolling out in select markets in the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus starting in April 2015, and in India towards the end of April 2015.<\/p>\n

Excluding taxes and subsidies the new Lumia will cost $70, but pricing may vary by market.<\/p>\n
