{"id":122712,"date":"2015-03-26T15:40:38","date_gmt":"2015-03-26T13:40:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=122712"},"modified":"2015-03-26T15:41:50","modified_gmt":"2015-03-26T13:41:50","slug":"more-sabc-board-members-fired","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/broadcasting\/122712-more-sabc-board-members-fired.html","title":{"rendered":"More SABC board members fired"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two more SABC board members were removed on Thursday, the public broadcaster said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The SABC board of directors today [Thursday] convened a meeting to conclude the business of the special board meeting that was adjourned on March 12,&#8221; the broadcaster said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting dealt the alleged fraudulent conduct and non-disclosure of conflict of interest involving certain board members.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;After deliberations by the board it was resolved that Ms [Rachel] Kalidass and Mr M [Ronnie] Lubisi be removed as non-executive directors with effect from 26 March.
