{"id":127958,"date":"2015-06-02T13:02:58","date_gmt":"2015-06-02T11:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=127958"},"modified":"2015-06-02T13:09:04","modified_gmt":"2015-06-02T11:09:04","slug":"best-new-tech-and-gadgets-from-computex-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/hardware\/127958-best-new-tech-and-gadgets-from-computex-2015.html","title":{"rendered":"Best new tech and gadgets from Computex 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Computex 2015 is taking place in Taiwan this week, with over 1,700 exhibitors showing off the latest tech and gadgets set to hit the ICT market.<\/p>\n<p>The five-day show is expected to take in more than 38,000 visitors, and gives those attending\u00a0an opportunity to buy the latest technology as it launches.<\/p>\n<p>Companies like Asus, Nvidia, Corsair, SanDisk, Acer, and many more use the show as a platform to show off their latest wares.<\/p>\n<p>Below are some of the headline-grabbing products which have been shown off at Computex 2015.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti<\/h3>\n<p>Nvidia showed off its latest GTX graphics card at the show, which it punts as the card to own for 4K gaming and virtual reality.<\/p>\n<p>The GTX 980 Ti sports 2816 CUDA cores, 6GB GDDR5 VRAM, a 384-bit memory interface width, and a max digital resolution of 5120 x 3200.<\/p>\n<p>You will need at least 600W of system power, and 250W of free power, to run the card. Price:\u00a0$399.<\/p>\n<p>The idea is to buy the rest of the components yourself, based on budget and performance needs.<\/p>\n<p>Corsair suggests pairing the Bulldog with the Lapdog keyboard &#8211; 970M, and 980M mobile GPUs.<\/p>\n<p>Future\u00a0G-Sync-supported laptops will\u00a0feature screens approved by Nvidia\u00a0with 75Hz refresh rates, which are designed to cut tearing, input lag, stuttering, and other problems.<\/p>\n<p>New features will also include\u00a0windowed mode for for borderless gaming and the ability to customise refresh rates.<\/p>\n<p>Currently supported devices
