Many long-time iBurst subscribers complained that they were not able to use certain services and were capped despite being on the company&rsquo;s Pro package. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iburst.co.za\" target=\"_blank\">iBurst<\/a> explains that its capping policies are still that &ldquo;Play packages are hard capped (ie disconnected from network when reaching quota) and Pro packages are throttled (ie max 64kbps when reaching quota).&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>iBurst said that there is no new capping policy, and that subscriber complaints most likely stem from a problem which occurred last Monday.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We did have an incident on Monday evening, where a change implemented at 19h30 caused all Pro subscribers to be hard capped.
