Sony has launched its\u00a0Xperia Z5, Z5 Compact, and Z5 Premium smartphones at IFA in Berlin.<\/p>\n

Where the Z5 and Z5 Compact feature 1080p and 720p HD displays, the Z5 Premium lays claim to being the world\u2019s first 4K smartphone –\u00a0with a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160.<\/p>\n

All the phones also feature a 23MP main camera.<\/p>\n

Sony promises the fastest autofocus in a smartphone, saying the camera can focus and take a\u00a0photo in 0.03 seconds.<\/p>\n

The new Xperia Z5 range of smartphones also boast ingress protection ratings, with all the devices given an IP65+IP68 rating.<\/p>\n

The Z5 and Z5 Compact will launch in\u00a0October, and the Xperia Z5 Premium from November.<\/p>\n

The Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Premium will be available in both single-SIM and dual-SIM variants. Not all markets will have access to all variants of the devices.<\/p>\n
