With a brand relationship score of 16% it was well ahead of Dell at 11% and Mecer\/Mustek with 10%.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest story of the survey was however not Hewlett-Packard&rsquo;s 4.4% increase from last year but rather Microsoft&rsquo;s 7.8% decrease.
