Many FNB clients have taken to social media to complain about problems with FNB credit and debit card payments, and cash\u00a0withdrawals.<\/p>\n
\u201cExtremely disappointed in FNB. I tried to buy something at Game and you are offline again,\u201d one user said on Facebook.<\/p>\n
\u201cReally FNB – so we are down with ATM, and Pick n Pay is unable to accept all FNB cards. And this on a month\u2019s end,\u201d said another.<\/p>\n
“No cards working. No cash withdrawels available. Creates embarresing and frustrating situations at pay points. And no answer at Private Clients line with no explanations available. What is going on. This is not acceptable,” another FNB client said.<\/p>\n
MyBroadband contacted the FNB helpdesk, and they confirmed that they are experiencing problems with their payment systems. They added that their technicians are working on the problem and apologised for the inconvenience.<\/p>\n
No official statement has been made by FNB on its social media platforms regarding the payment problems.<\/p>\n
Update<\/strong><\/p>\n The problems were resolved at around 14:00 on Saturday.<\/p>\n \u201cWe apologise to any customers who weren\u2019t able to make purchases using their FNB cards a short while ago.
