{"id":149219,"date":"2015-12-10T10:38:17","date_gmt":"2015-12-10T08:38:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=149219"},"modified":"2015-12-10T10:40:16","modified_gmt":"2015-12-10T08:40:16","slug":"htc-vive-virtual-reality-headset-launch-delayed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/gaming\/149219-htc-vive-virtual-reality-headset-launch-delayed.html","title":{"rendered":"HTC Vive virtual reality headset launch delayed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HTC will delay the launch of its virtual reality headset from \u201cbefore the end of 2015\u201d to April 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Built in partnership with Valve, the <a href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/gadgets\/120632-htc-vive-virtual-reality-headset-from-valve-announced.html\"><strong>HTC Vive was first unveiled<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0on 1 March 2015.<\/p>\n<p>HTC initially promised an aggressive launch schedule, with the developer version of the device meant to ship\u00a0in May 2015.
