Microsoft is ending support for all versions of Internet Explorer before version 11 – the latest iteration\u00a0of the web browser – on 12 January.<\/p>\n
“After January 12, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or technical support for older versions of Internet Explorer,” said the company<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n “Regular security updates help protect computers from malicious attacks, so upgrading and staying current is important.”<\/p>\n The browsers will still be accessible and functional after support ends, but Microsoft\u00a0warned they could be open to attack from malware.<\/p>\n “Internet Explorer 11 offers improved security and support.
