South Africa’s broadband market has been abuzz with positive developments over the last twelve months, with uncapped ADSL services and far more affordable mobile broadband offerings entering the fray.<\/p>\n

It is therefore hardly surprising that there has been a significant increase in the number of visitors to South African websites.<\/p>\n

In September South Africa’s top websites attracted 20,710,414 unique monthly visitors, well above the 13,356,008 unique monthly visitors attracted over the same period last year.<\/p>\n

Top10 Websites in SA<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the latest Nielsen Online statistics the top Digital Media and Marketing Association (DMMA) registered websites in South Africa are:<\/p>\n

  4. Football365<\/li>\n
  5. MSN ZA<\/li>\n
  6. Times LIVE<\/li>\n

  8. Mweb.co.za<\/li>\n
  9. DStv.com<\/li>\n
  10. Junkmail<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Together these top 10 websites served 153,527,436 pages (of a total of 380,278,756 pages served from all DMMA members), showing the strength of the country’s top websites.<\/p>\n
