{"id":16427,"date":"2010-11-08T23:06:00","date_gmt":"2010-11-08T21:06:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2010-11-08T23:06:00","modified_gmt":"2010-11-08T21:06:00","slug":"vodacom-website-under-repair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/16427-vodacom-website-under-repair.html","title":{"rendered":"Vodacom website under repair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vodacom&rsquo;s new website has been a source of frustration for many Vodacom subscribers who have been very vocal about their unhappiness regarding the move from the old Vodacom4me website.<\/p>\n<p>Complaints about the new website range from poor site architecture (making information difficult to find) to absent or broken functionality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Many Vodacom users feel that the move from the old Vodacom4me website was premature and poorly executed without proper testing.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent poll which asked Vodacom subscribers to &ldquo;rate the new Vodacom Portal vs. Vodacom4me&rdquo; over 60% of users voted that the old Vodacom4me site was much better than the new Vodacom portal.<\/p>\n<p>The complaints about the new website continue to roll in, but there aren&rsquo;t too many visible changes addressing the problems which are listed by users.
