You&#8217;ll have to download your file in its entirety.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The full list of information available is explained\u00a0on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/help\/405183566203254\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Facebook&#8217;s help page<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The steps below detail how you can access your Facebook archive.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">Access Settings menu<\/h3>\n<p>In Facebook for desktop, click on the Settings menu arrow icon at the top right of the screen. Click the green Start My Archive button.<\/p>\n<p>You will be asked to enter your Facebook password, and click download again. Facebook will then send a download link to the email address linked to your profile.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the link at the bottom of the mail to start the download, which will take you back to the &#8220;download your information&#8221; page. You be asked to enter your password again after selecting to download the data.<\/p>\n<p>You archive will then start downloading as a .zip file.
