slashes voice bundle prices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Telkom has slashed the prices of its all-network voice bundles by between 34% and 47%.<\/p>\n<p>This follows the launch of its new FreeMe packages, data-centric contract packages and prepaid bundles that <a href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/173318-this-comparison-shows-how-telkoms-new-freeme-contracts-smash-vodacom-and-mtns.html\"><strong>offer subscribers excellent data value<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>FreeMe packages include an allotment of data and a range\u00a0of free value-added services, such as free WhatsApp data and free calls to Telkom numbers.<\/p>\n<p>The only thing you don\u2019t get on lower-end FreeMe packages are voice minutes to other networks, which cost R0.69 per minute (billed per second).<\/p>\n<p>Telkom has now reduced the price\u00a0of its all-network minute bundles to less than FreeMe\u2019s out-of-bundle rate, with the effective per minute rates ranging between R0.60 and R0.68.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mybb_table\">\n<div
