Neotel has resolved the issues it was experiencing with its\u00a03G CDMA network, said\u00a0Vinnay Singh, Executive Head of\u00a0Delivery, Assurance and Operations at Neotel.<\/p>\n
Neotel’s CDMA customers have experienced slow data speeds<\/strong><\/a>, due to a network fault,\u00a0since the end of July.<\/p>\n “A number of Neotel\u2019s 3G CDMA data service customers have experienced problems resulting in degraded Internet performance and user experience,” said\u00a0Singh.<\/p>\n “Neotel is pleased to share that it has identified and addressed the cause of the issue, and has restored the 3G CDMA data service to optimum performance levels.”<\/p>\n “There was no impact on Neotel\u2019s core network, other network services, or other Neotel customers.”<\/p>\n Neotel thanked its customers for their “patience and loyalty” while it fixed the network issue.<\/p>\n As a token of appreciation, Neotel said\u00a0affected postpaid customers will receive one month\u2019s subscription credit as one extra month of service at no charge.<\/p>\n “Affected prepaid customers will be credited with double their data bundle purchased next month,” said Neotel.<\/p>\nOne month free subscription<\/h3>\n
