{"id":175443,"date":"2016-08-10T13:15:20","date_gmt":"2016-08-10T11:15:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=175443"},"modified":"2016-08-10T13:17:44","modified_gmt":"2016-08-10T11:17:44","slug":"mtn-to-outsource-call-centres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/175443-mtn-to-outsource-call-centres.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN to outsource call centres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MTN plans to outsource several\u00a0of its call centre facilities in a bid to &#8220;optimise its operations and enhance customer experience&#8221;, said the company.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;MTN has adopted a hybrid outsource model which will result in MTN retaining some call centre facilities while others are outsourced to a third-party vendor,&#8221; said MTN.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u00a0expects the process to be completed by September.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;MTN has commenced the process of engaging with the employees and the unions regarding its plans.
