{"id":186369,"date":"2016-11-09T11:24:12","date_gmt":"2016-11-09T09:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=186369"},"modified":"2016-11-09T11:25:34","modified_gmt":"2016-11-09T09:25:34","slug":"microsoft-patches-exploited-windows-security-vulnerabilities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/security\/186369-microsoft-patches-exploited-windows-security-vulnerabilities.html","title":{"rendered":"Microsoft patches exploited Windows security vulnerabilities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Patch Tuesday saw\u00a0Microsoft issue updates that address 68 security vulnerabilities, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcworld.com\/article\/3139899\/security\/microsoft-patches-68-vulnerabilities-two-actively-exploited-ones.html\" target=\"_blank\">PC World reported<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The patches cover Windows, Office, Edge, Internet Explorer, and SQL Server.<\/p>\n<p>Among the fixes issued were three for publicly-disclosed vulnerabilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/security\/185494-microsoft-hits-back-at-google-over-windows-vulnerability.html\">Google disclosed one<\/a><\/strong> relating to Adobe Flash, affecting all currently-supported versions of Windows, 10 days after notifying Microsoft about it.
