{"id":18745,"date":"2011-03-01T08:16:00","date_gmt":"2011-03-01T06:16:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2011-03-01T08:16:00","modified_gmt":"2011-03-01T06:16:00","slug":"cross-over-uncapped-384kbps-adsl-account-for-r39","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/adsl\/18745-cross-over-uncapped-384kbps-adsl-account-for-r39.html","title":{"rendered":"Cross-Over Uncapped 384Kbps ADSL account for R39"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Openweb recently launched its &ldquo;384k Cross-Over ADSL account&rdquo;, offering consumers the chance to test a shaped, uncapped ADSL account or use this account to tide them over for the last few days of the month.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Many folks do not want to buy an ADSL account at the end of the month, and be billed for a whole month. There are also folks whom would like some time to make up their minds about which account to go for. The Cross-Over account gives them time to make their decision for a few rands per day,&rdquo; explains Openweb founder Keoma Wright.<\/p>\n<p>Openweb&rsquo;s 384k Cross-Over ADSL account is essentially a one week uncapped account which runs for a fixed period of time &ndash; from the 26th of each month to a few days into the next month.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The purpose of the account is to cross people over into the new month. Many folks run out of cap, or do not want to commit to a permanent account around month end. This account is made for them,&rdquo; explains Wright.<\/p>\n<p>This new uncapped ADSL account is priced at R39, but is only in a trial phase.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This is basically an account we are trialing.
