{"id":1910,"date":"2007-11-09T03:13:00","date_gmt":"2007-11-09T01:13:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2007-11-09T03:13:00","modified_gmt":"2007-11-09T01:13:00","slug":"free-cellular-call-clarification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/1910-free-cellular-call-clarification.html","title":{"rendered":"Free cellular call clarification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cell C launched their Woza Weekend offering &ndash; which allows subscribers to make free Cell C to Cell C calls over weekends &ndash; in June this year. <\/p>\n<p>This offering proved so popular that the company had to limit the free minutes to 60 to protect their network against overload.<\/p>\n<p>The network congestion further sparked speculation that Cell C customers roaming on the Vodacom network do not have access to the Woza Weekend free weekend minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Cell C however debunked these rumours saying that all Cell C customers, including those who are roaming on the Vodacom network, have access to the free minutes offered by the Woza Weekend offering.<\/p>\n<p>The company further clarified that Woza Weekend is available only for on net calls &ndash; Cell C to Cell C.
