Hetzner has launched free Let’s Encrypt SSL\/TSL domain validation certificates for all its\u00a0web\u00a0hosting\u00a0clients.<\/p>\n
“All websites hosted with Hetzner will automatically have Let\u2019s Encrypt SSL installed as part of the hosting package,” said Hetzner.<\/p>\n
Certificate renewals will also be taken care of.<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s Encrypt is a free, automated, and open certificate authority that makes encrypted connections the default standard throughout the Internet.<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s Encrypt has enabled Hetzner to automate the installation and renewal of SSL certificates, letting the company offer the service for free<\/p>\n
“Having an HTTPS address inspires trust in your website. Visitors have confidence that data is securely encrypted and that your website identity has been validated. In addition, Let\u2019s Encrypt can benefit your search results ranking, as HTTPS websites are preferred by Google Search.”<\/p>\n
