I will always remember both the good and tough times and the exceptional people I worked with at Cell C,&rdquo; says Ghalayini. <\/p>\n<p>Cell C CEO Jeffrey Hedberg says Ghalayini&rsquo;s departure will certainly leave a void. &ldquo;He has been an integral part of Cell C since its launch in 2001.
