Nextbit has been acquired by Razer.<\/p>\n
“Nextbit will operate as an independent division inside Razer, focused on unique mobile design and experiences,” said Nextbit CEO Tom Moss.<\/p>\n
“To put it simply, we\u2019ll be doing exactly what we\u2019ve been doing all along, only bigger and better.”<\/p>\n
Nextbit has stopped selling its smartphone, the Robin, along with its accessories.<\/p>\n
“We will continue to fulfill warranties for six more months,” said Moss.<\/p>\n
“As promised, we will continue to provide software updates and security patches through February 2018.”<\/p>\n
