He cited a contract he  says he and Zuckerberg signed in 2003 that gave him half the business,  plus more if it launched late.<\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyP\">A revised complaint dated Monday amends the claim to 50  percent and indicates that Ceglia agreed to waive the late-penalty  clause before the site launched in 2004.<\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyP\">The Buffalo federal court lawsuit says Ceglia gave Zuckerberg $1,000 to help Zuckerberg get Facebook off the ground.<\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyP\">Facebook attorney Orin Snyder calls Ceglia a scam  artist.
