{"id":1985,"date":"2007-11-16T07:15:00","date_gmt":"2007-11-16T05:15:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2007-11-16T07:15:00","modified_gmt":"2007-11-16T05:15:00","slug":"consumers-next-for-neotel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/telecoms\/1985-consumers-next-for-neotel.html","title":{"rendered":"Consumers next for Neotel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Speaking at the company&rsquo;s Enterprise service launch Neotel Managing Director, Ajay Pandey said that their CDMA based high speed Internet and voice service launch is set for early 2008. <\/p>\n<p>This converged service &ndash; a combination of Internet and voice &#8211; is currently in pilot phase in Johannesburg and Pretoria with 125 users on the CDMA2000 EV-DO Rev A network. <\/p>\n<p>According to Pandey the voice quality is exceptional and users can expect Internet speeds of up to 3.1 Mbps.
