Speaking at the company’s Enterprise service launch Neotel Managing Director, Ajay Pandey said that their CDMA based high speed Internet and voice service launch is set for early 2008. <\/p>\n
This converged service – a combination of Internet and voice – is currently in pilot phase in Johannesburg and Pretoria with 125 users on the CDMA2000 EV-DO Rev A network. <\/p>\n
According to Pandey the voice quality is exceptional and users can expect Internet speeds of up to 3.1 Mbps. Pandey further said that their commercial double-play service will be made available as soon as they are happy with the service quality and equipment availability.<\/p>\n
