DStv subscribers have started a petition to remove the ANN7 news channel from DStv.<\/p>\n
Petitioners are condemning the channel’s biased coverage of political events and are demanding that MultiChoice remove the Gupta-owned news channel from DStv’s offerings.<\/p>\n
According to the petition page, the channel is creating divisions in South Africa due to its biased reporting.<\/p>\n
Subscribers who signed the petition have voiced their displeasure with ANN7’s coverage, saying “it is a propaganda station, we should not have to pay for it” and “DStv must not aid fake news”.<\/p>\n
