Currently many vouchers are valid for a few months but under the CPA the limit is now 3 years.

This is a great opportunity for IT companies to assist in storing and archiving information of this nature and assuring that this information is instantly searchable.

Another opportunity for the IT industry that Knowles highlighted was the requirement that a company’s database interface with a central database frequently to ensure that digital data is not sent to the incorrect people.

So whilst the CPA can be onerous in certain situations for businesses on the flip side it will allow many entrepreneurs and fast-thinking businesses to score.

CPA opens doors for IT industry << Comments and views

The new Consumer Protection Act has become the talk of the town with much commentary warning businesses on what to do to comply with the Act.

[17
36
post-20535","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-technology","tag-active
