{"id":2067,"date":"2007-11-26T09:44:00","date_gmt":"2007-11-26T07:44:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2007-11-26T09:44:00","modified_gmt":"2007-11-26T07:44:00","slug":"cell-c-sales-grow-by-17","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/2067-cell-c-sales-grow-by-17.html","title":{"rendered":"Cell C sales grow by 17%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shenanda Janse van Rensburg, Cell C&#39;s executive head of corporate communications, said that the company added 850 000 new pre-paid subscribers during the third quarter of 2007. <\/p>\n<p>Cell C CEO Jeffrey Hedberg said earlier this year that the company will aggressively target the LSM 3 to 7 market and that he plans to double both the company&rsquo;s subscriber base and its revenue by 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Cell C also announced that their free weekend minute deal proved to be a great success, significantly increasing subscriber numbers after its launch.
