{"id":211308,"date":"2017-05-18T13:49:01","date_gmt":"2017-05-18T11:49:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=211308"},"modified":"2017-05-18T13:50:15","modified_gmt":"2017-05-18T11:50:15","slug":"pay-your-dstv-bill-with-snapscan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/broadcasting\/211308-pay-your-dstv-bill-with-snapscan.html","title":{"rendered":"Pay your DStv bill with SnapScan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SnapScan said\u00a0it is now possible to settle your DStv bill using its app.<\/p>\n<p>To use the feature, you must have the latest version of SnapScan\u00a0installed.<\/p>\n<p>Merchants using SnapScan traditionally get a\u00a0matrix barcode, which users scan with their phone&#8217;s camera to launch a payment form.<\/p>\n<p>This tells the app who you are paying, eliminating the need to enter an account number.<\/p>\n<p>The DStv\u00a0payment feature works slightly differently, though.
