{"id":2149,"date":"2007-12-04T23:10:00","date_gmt":"2007-12-04T21:10:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2007-12-04T23:10:00","modified_gmt":"2007-12-04T21:10:00","slug":"total-adsl-traffic-on-the-is-network","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/adsl\/2149-total-adsl-traffic-on-the-is-network.html","title":{"rendered":"Total ADSL traffic on the IS network"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Speaking at the Broadband Conference hosted at Vodaworld, Internet Solutions&rsquo; General Manager for Internet Access, Alan Bacher, said that the company&rsquo;s total ADSL Traffic for October 2007 came to 326 TB.<\/p>\n<p>Business DSL accounted for 57% of this usage while consumers made up 28% and express services 15%.<\/p>\n<p>Web browsing and P2P traffic accounts for the majority of this usage, while generic IP services and email also making up a sizable chunk.
