The noknok PC application allows pictures, files and voice recordings, as well as SMS and MMS from a PC. <\/p>\n<p>Noknok allows subscribers to &ldquo;chat&rdquo; to other MTN customers who are not on noknok, by delivering an SMS and allows them to respond via SMS into your noknok conversation.<\/p>\n<p>Users are encouraged to invite friends to the service with rewards like free airtime and movie tickets.<\/p>\n<p>MTN noknok went live on the 3rd of December and the company says that it currently has thousands of active users. <\/p>\n<p>For the duration of the promotion period, which ends 01 March 2008, MTN customers will only be charged standard data rates.
