Telkom vs MTN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Uncapped mobile data packages typically do not enjoy the same perks as their fixed-line counterparts.<\/p>\n<p>While they feature similar parameters &#8211; including\u00a0fair usage policies (FUP) and throttled speeds in certain scenarios &#8211;
