Trade union Solidarity has stated that its members –\u00a095% of the pilots at Mango – will go on strike from Monday morning.<\/p>\n

“This comes after the trade union met with Mango\u2019s management to reach a possible settlement in salary negotiations,” said\u00a0Solidarity.<\/p>\n

“Management showed no interest whatsoever to negotiate with its employees. Mango\u2019s management would not give an inch, confirming it would not revisit its initial offer of 6%.”<\/p>\n

Solidarity said it gave Mango four days\u2019 notice of the intended strike.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt once again would appear as if Mango\u2019s management is not committed to accommodate its qualified employees as far as salary increases are concerend.”<\/p>\n
