{"id":238934,"date":"2017-11-23T08:09:46","date_gmt":"2017-11-23T06:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=238934"},"modified":"2017-11-23T08:12:23","modified_gmt":"2017-11-23T06:12:23","slug":"mtn-network-problems-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/238934-mtn-network-problems-3.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN network problems"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MTN is experiencing network problems, which started shortly after 07:00.<\/p>\n<p>Down Detector showed an influx of network downtime reports from MTN subscribers on Thursday morning.<\/p>\n<p>According to users, the downtime is throughout the country &#8211; with most reports coming from Gauteng, Cape Town, and Durban.<\/p>\n<p>MTN spokesperson Jacqui O\u2019Sullivan told EWN they undertook an upgrade to parts of their network overnight.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne part of the upgrade didn&#8217;t take effectively.
