{"id":257931,"date":"2018-04-28T08:50:53","date_gmt":"2018-04-28T06:50:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=257931"},"modified":"2018-04-28T08:52:48","modified_gmt":"2018-04-28T06:52:48","slug":"itunes-for-windows-launches-in-microsoft-store","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/software\/257931-itunes-for-windows-launches-in-microsoft-store.html","title":{"rendered":"iTunes for Windows launches in Microsoft Store"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apple has made iTunes for Windows available through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-za\/store\/p\/itunes\/9pb2mz1zmb1s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Store<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft promised at its BUILD conference in May last year it was working with Apple to get iTunes listed in its store before the end of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Windows users will get the complete iTunes experience, including Apple Music and the iTunes Store,&#8221; said Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p>However, Apple delayed the release of iTunes for the Microsoft Store in December, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/appleinsider.com\/articles\/18\/04\/26\/itunes-for-windows-available-for-download-from-microsoft-store\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AppleInsider reported<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The company said it would take a little more time to deliver the full iTunes experience on the platform.<\/p>\n<p>iTunes is a free download which weighs in at\u00a0476.7MB.
