Google Home devices responded to queries with &#8220;There was a glitch, try again in a few seconds&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>By 20:46 last night, Google confirmed the reports were a result of a glitch on its side, and that it was working on it.<\/p>\n<p>Just after midnight, Google said a fix for its devices will roll out automatically over the next six hours. Those who wanted to get the fix sooner could manually <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/googlehome\/answer\/7072490\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reboot<\/a><\/strong> their devices, said Google.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, Google has not indicated what caused the extended outage.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">We have a fix for Google Home and Chromecast.
