According to the Tiobe Index<\/strong><\/a> for September 2018, Java, C, and Python are the most popular programming languages in the world.<\/p>\n

Other popular languages include Visual Basic .NET and C++, which has just lost its third-place spot in the rankings to Python.<\/p>\n

Tiobe noted that this is the first time in history that Python has entered the top three programming languages in the Tiobe rankings.<\/p>\n

Tiobe stated that Python’s significant increase in popularity could be attributed to its accessibility and ease-of-use.<\/p>\n

The PYPL rankings<\/strong><\/a> showed Python at the top of its list, followed by Java and JavaScript.<\/p>\n
