Telkom fixed-LTE services are also reportedly affected.<\/p>\n<p>Customers took to Twitter, the MyBroadband Forum, and Down Detector to post complaints about problems with their mobile data connections.<\/p>\n<p>The problems appear to be country wide, and started between 18:00 and 19:00.<\/p>\n<p>MyBroadband has also received emails from Telkom customers about their mobile services being down.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">Router failure<\/h3>\n<p>Telkom told MyBroadband that one of the service routers in its Pretoria exchange went down, which impacted Telkom mobile data services.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The service was restored at around 01:30,&#8221;
