The total estimated loss from cable theft is thus about R569m. <\/p>\n<p>However the company said this indication for estimated losses on outgoing calls had to date not been verified for accuracy, and that it related specifically to outgoing calls. <\/p>\n<p>Telkom said that because of possible inaccuracies it did not want to disclose this figure. However the minister included it in her answer.
