{"id":30868,"date":"2011-08-03T14:29:12","date_gmt":"2011-08-03T12:29:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=30868"},"modified":"2011-08-03T16:18:42","modified_gmt":"2011-08-03T14:18:42","slug":"cell-c-network-problems-resolved","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/30868-cell-c-network-problems-resolved.html","title":{"rendered":"Cell C network problems resolved"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"Cell C\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/213919-Cell-C\">Cell C<\/a> subscribers in the Midrand and Pretoria areas have had their network connection restored after a fibre break interrupted both voice and data services on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are happy to report that the earlier network outage has been fixed and also apologies to our customer for any inconvenience caused,\u201d said <a title=\"Karin Fourie\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/254976-Karin-Fourie\">Karin Fourie<\/a>, Senior Manager of Public and Media Relations at Cell C.<\/p>\n<p>The outage which started Wednesday morning, saw several Cell C subscribers tweeting their frustrations on social networking platform Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>The mobile operator responded to the tweets citing that its technicians were out on site working on the problem.
