{"id":323246,"date":"2019-10-14T17:07:10","date_gmt":"2019-10-14T15:07:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=323246"},"modified":"2019-10-14T17:09:16","modified_gmt":"2019-10-14T15:09:16","slug":"windows-7-is-under-attack-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/software\/323246-windows-7-is-under-attack-report.html","title":{"rendered":"Windows 7 is under attack &#8211; Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Security company Webroot published a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.webroot.com\/us\/en\/about\/press-room\/releases\/webroot-finds-windows-7-even-riskier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">report<\/a><\/strong> that revealed a sharp increase in the number of infections on systems running Windows 7.<\/p>\n<p>The mid-year update of the Webroot Threat Report showed that Windows 7 exploits had risen 71% from 2018.
