That makes him the largest shareholder in the business.<\/p>\n<p>His son Robbie, Altron CEO, holds 161000 Zetex shares and has served as a nonexecutive director since 1993.<\/p>\n<p>Zetex, a British chip maker, has accepted an offer of 85,45p a share from Diodes , a US-based chip maker, putting Bill Venter in line to receive \u00a329,4m (R452,9m-R455m).
