{"id":346683,"date":"2020-04-07T08:30:20","date_gmt":"2020-04-07T06:30:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=346683"},"modified":"2020-04-07T08:31:47","modified_gmt":"2020-04-07T06:31:47","slug":"iphone-12-range-will-include-a-smaller-iphone-analyst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/smartphones\/346683-iphone-12-range-will-include-a-smaller-iphone-analyst.html","title":{"rendered":"iPhone 12 range will include a smaller iPhone &#8211; Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tech analyst Jon Prosser <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jon_prosser\/status\/1247161866603958273?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1247161866603958273&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.techradar.com%2Fnews%2Flatest-iphone-12-specs-leak-seemingly-confirms-four-different-models\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>claims<\/strong><\/a> that there will be four smartphones in the iPhone 12 range &#8211; including a 5.4-inch device.<\/p>\n<p>Prosser said that prototyping for these devices is almost finalised, and showed the details of the four devices.<\/p>\n<p>According to Prosser, there will be two iPhone 12 smartphones &#8211; one with a 5.4-inch display, and another with a 6.1-inch screen.<\/p>\n<p>There will also be a 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro and a 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max, Prosser claimed.<\/p>\n<p>The two iPhone 12 smartphones will reportedly have an aluminium body while the Pro and Pro Max will use stainless steel.<\/p>\n<p>Prosser also claimed that the iPhone 12 smartphones will have two cameras, while the Pro and Pro Max will have three cameras and Lidar functionality.<\/p>\n<p>All four smartphones will reportedly use Apple&#8217;s still-to-be-launched A14 chip and will support 5G.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Prototyping for iPhone 12 devices is just about finalized!<\/p>\n<p>Final details line up pretty well with what Kuo said last year!
